How WAYV Pay works, from application to payout
A business applies, completes KYB verification and — once approved — can create payment links and QR codes, apply for virtual accounts, receive payments, and pay out to bank accounts or wallets. Each step depends on country availability, business activity, provider approval and the payment rails enabled for your account.

The five steps
1. Apply
Submit your company details and the payment functionality you need.
2. Complete KYB verification
Provide company registration, ownership, director and business-activity information. Providers run their own risk assessment.
3. Set up how you get paid
- Get EUR, USD, GBP, MXN, and BRL virtual account where available.
- Generate QR codes for in-person and printed collection.
- Create payment links for invoices and services.
4. Receive and settle
Payments settle to your WAYV Pay balance through the configured route. Processing times depend on the currency, payment rail and compliance review.
5. Pay out and reconcile
Send payouts to bank accounts, instantly to other WAYV Pay wallets or supported external wallets, convert between supported currencies and download statements for a chosen date range.
What WAYV Pay is and is not
WAYV Pay is a technology and payment platform, not a bank. Account and payment services may be supplied by regulated third-party providers, and funds, fiat accounts and digital assets may be handled by different providers.

- It depends on how quickly company documents are supplied and how long the provider's KYB review takes for your jurisdiction and business activity.
- What documents are needed for KYB?
- Typically company registration documents, ownership and director details, proof of address and information about your business activity and expected payment flows.
- Can I use WAYV Pay before KYB is complete?
- USDC wallet is available after registration. Payment and account functionality is enabled after verification. Some capabilities may require an additional provider endorsement even after KYB approval.
- Do I need developers to integrate?
- No. Payment links and QR codes work from the dashboard without integration work.
